A new round of agricultural credit reform has made progress, and Jilin Province plans to establish a provincial-level rural commercial bank and unify its legal entity. A document disclosed by the Jilin Provincial Department of Finance on July 15th shows that it plans to issue special bonds to support the development of small and medium-sized banks, with funds used to support the replenishment of capital for these banks. According to the reform plan of the Jilin Agricultural Credit System, Jilin Province plans to establish a provincial-level rural commercial bank and unify its legal entity.
