Central Asia Corporation Announcement: The share reduction plans of the company's director and chief engineer Ji Yonglin, as well as the director and vice president Jin Weidong, have been fully implemented. On July 16, 2025, Ji Yonglin reduced holdings by 18,750 shares through centralized bidding trading, with a reduction ratio of 0.0047%. On the same day, Jin Weidong reduced holdings by 28,750 shares, with a reduction ratio of 0.0071%. After the reduction, Ji Yonglin holds 56,250 shares, accounting for 0.0140% of the total share capital excluding repurchased shares; Jin Weidong holds 86,250 shares, accounting for 0.0214% of the total share capital excluding repurchased shares.
