Beingmate: Controlling shareholder applies for pre-reorganization.

Beinmei announced that its controlling shareholder, Zhejiang Xiaobei Damei Holdings Co., Ltd., filed for pre-reorganization with the Intermediate People's Court of Jinhua City on July 16, 2025. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Xiaobei Damei Holdings holds a total of 132,629,471 shares of the company, accounting for 12.28% of the total share capital. Among them, the number of shares pledged or frozen is 131,105,171 shares, accounting for 98.85% of its shareholding. The pre-reorganization application of Xiaobei Damei Holdings has not been officially accepted. The subsequent implementation of the reorganization process may result in adjustments to its shareholder rights in the company, which may in turn lead to changes in the company's controlling rights.
