The Smart Financial News APP reported that Yili Holdings (00076.HK) announced that the company and subscribers have signed a subscription agreement on July 17, 2025 (after trading hours on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange) for the subscription of a total of HK$24.39 million zero-coupon six-year bonds maturing in 2031.
