On July 17, regarding the recent subsidy war in the takeout industry, JD.com responded that the "0 yuan purchase" and "18-18" malicious subsidies in the takeout industry are serious manifestations of internal turnover, belonging to malicious competition, and JD.com has not participated at all. JD.com stated that since March of this year, it has been focusing on three aspects: reducing industry commissions; paying social insurance and housing fund for delivery drivers, signing formal labor contracts; promoting high-quality takeout to ensure everyone eats with peace of mind.
