Jack Caffrey of Morgan Asset Management stated that, despite some signals indicating that US stocks may have risen too much, corporate profit growth is supporting market sentiment and there is still room for further gains in US stocks. Caffrey pointed out on Tuesday that even though economic expansion has been going on for many years, corporate profits are expected to achieve a growth of 22% or higher by 2026. He also mentioned that last year's profit growth rate in the 10%-20% range is expected to be maintained in 2027. "This is indeed a profit-driven story," he said. "I still have a positive view on the current stock market."
