Zhixun Finance App reports that Naquan Energy Technology (01597.HK) has announced that on June 9, 2026, the company's indirectly non-wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuchuan Tongli, as the employer, entered into an EPC contract with the contractor (China Electric Power Construction Group Chengdu Survey and Design Research Institute Co., Ltd.) related to the construction of a 70MW/140MWh standalone energy storage power station in Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province, China. According to the EPC contract, the contractor will be responsible for the survey and design, equipment procurement, construction installation, system commissioning, grid testing, fire acceptance, start-up acceptance, grid connection, and handover of the project. The total contract amount payable by Wuchuan Tongli under the EPC contract is RMB 185 million (inclusive of taxes).
