After investigation, it was found that the information circulating online about the company's participation in the research of the related company was not true, as no staff members were involved in the research activities and no third party organization or individual was authorized to conduct research or communication activities in the name of the company. Baiyi Quantitative Investment stated that they are a multi-asset multi-strategy quantitative private fund manager, making investment decisions based on publicly available market data using model algorithms and programmatic systems; on-site research is a common method for subjective investment research. In response to the dissemination of false information using the company's name, the company has retained relevant evidence and will take all necessary measures including but not limited to reporting to regulatory authorities and pursuing legal action.
