On June 9, the Ningbo Financial Regulatory Bureau website issued a reply approving the qualification of Feng Peijiong, the Vice Chairman and President of Ningbo Bank Co., Ltd. The bank is required to ensure that the approved personnel strictly comply with the relevant regulatory provisions of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, and to take office within 3 months from the date of this administrative license decision, and to report on the appointment in a timely manner as required. If the appointed personnel do not take office within the specified period, this approval document will become invalid, and the Ningbo Financial Regulatory Bureau will handle the administrative license cancellation procedures.
