The company agrees to purchase enterprise-level flash memory chips (hereinafter referred to as "contract products") from the supplier according to the quantity, price, and time specified in the contract. The total promised procurement amount of the contract is 1.86 billion US dollars, with a locked quantity and price, and a total procurement period of 24 months.
