On June 9, China Jinmao announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that in May 2026, the group obtained a contracted sales amount of 10.493 billion yuan and a contracted sales building area of 368,427.48 square meters. As of the end of May 31, 2026, in the past five months, the group has accumulated a total contracted sales amount of 41.727 billion yuan (including the transaction sales amount of Changsha Meixihu International New City project, Nanjing Qinglongshan International Ecological New City project, Ningbo Life Science City project, Jiaxing Shanghai Window Smart Science City project, Zhengzhou Erqi District Mazhai New City project, Wenzhou Aojiang International New City project, Jinhua Jinmao Future Science City project, and Shanghai Hengmian Urban Operation project), as well as a total contracted sales building area of 1,682,883.74 square meters.
