BYD Electronics (00285.HK): Rong Xiuli and Cao Yushan have been appointed as independent non-executive directors.

Intelligence Financial News APP, BYD Electronics (00285.HK) announced that Mr. Zhong Guowu and Mr. Qian Jingjie retired as independent non-executive directors after the annual general meeting of shareholders, and therefore no longer hold the positions of members of the company's audit committee, remuneration committee, and nomination committee. Following the retirement of Mr. Zhong Guowu and Mr. Qian Jingjie, and effective immediately after the annual general meeting of shareholders, Ms. Rong Xiuli and Mr. Cao Yushan were appointed as independent non-executive directors. Effective immediately after the annual general meeting of shareholders, Ms. Rong Xiuli was also appointed as the chairman of the company's remuneration committee, as well as members of the audit committee, nomination committee, and strategic and sustainable development committee respectively, while Mr. Cao Yushan was appointed as chairman of the company's audit committee, as well as members of the remuneration committee and nomination committee respectively.
