Zhixun Finance and Economics APP news, Sudawei (300331.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller Chen Linsen, as well as shareholder Yu Zhangxing holding more than 5% of the shares (referred to as the "transferor"), signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Ningbo Hede Investment Management Co., Ltd. (representing Hede Business School Growth Private Equity Securities Investment Fund, referred to as the "transferee") on June 9, 2026. The transferor plans to transfer a total of 12.9848 million shares held by the company (representing 5% of the total share capital of the company, excluding repurchased shares, representing 5.04% of the total share capital of the company) to the transferee under unlimited sales conditions.
