Jiangsu Ninghu Expressway: Invested 500 million yuan to participate in the capital increase of Zijin Trust, has signed a capital increase agreement.

Jiangsu Ninghu Expressway announced that at the 21st meeting of the 11th Board of Directors on April 29, 2026, it was approved to invest 500 million yuan with its own funds to participate in the capital increase of Zijin Trust Co., Ltd. The capital increase has been agreed upon with Zijin Trust and other existing shareholders and the capital increase agreement was signed on June 9, 2026. Before the capital increase, the registered capital of Zijin Trust was 3.271 billion yuan. After the capital increase, the registered capital will be 4 billion yuan, with an additional 0.729 billion yuan subscribed by capital increase shareholders. The company will invest 500 million yuan, of which 146 million yuan will be included in the registered capital, and the remaining amount will be included in the capital reserve. After the capital increase, the company's shareholding ratio will remain at 20.00%.
