China Rare Earth Group Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Nankai University

On June 8th, China Rare Earth Group and Nankai University signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Tianjin. Liu Lei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Rare Earth Group, expressed his expectation for both parties to focus on the emerging applications of rare earth in invasive brain-machine interfaces, targeted drug release from stents, and low-altitude flying vehicles powered by vortex engines. He also emphasized the need to strengthen cooperation in basic research, scientific research breakthroughs, results transformation, and talent cultivation.
