Li Hongzhong stated that this year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the China-Russia strategic partnership and the 25th anniversary of the signing of the China-Russia Good Neighborly Cooperation Treaty. Not long ago, President Xi Jinping and President Putin, who came to China for a state visit, reached new important consensus on promoting the new era of comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Russia and jointly attended the opening ceremony of the "China-Russia Education Year". The prospects for China-Russia educational cooperation are broad and promising.
