Huatech Technology announced that the obligor of information disclosure, Luo Jian, has agreed to transfer 9,772,700 unrestricted shares held by Wang Shaorong, accounting for 5.50% of the company's total share capital. The transfer price is 15.05 yuan per share, and the total transfer price is 147 million yuan. After the transfer is completed, Luo Jian's shareholding ratio will be 5.50%.
