Guangdong: Encourage banks to develop financial products for second-hand car export companies.

The Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province and other 11 departments have issued "Several Measures to Strengthen the Management of Second-hand Car Exports in Guangdong Province", which proposes to increase financial support. Encourage banking institutions to develop financial products for second-hand car export enterprises, make good use of financial support policies such as interest subsidies for loans to small and medium-sized enterprises, and special guarantee programs for private investment, increase financial support, and further improve the convenience of settlement for second-hand car exports. Encourage insurance institutions to launch flexible and cost-effective insurance products for second-hand car exports, optimize the process of refunding compulsory insurance for exported second-hand cars, and reduce the risks of second-hand car exports.
