WuXi AppTec (02359) has granted 31.66561 million shares of reward shares.

Information from the CITIC Securities APP, WuXi AppTec (02359) announced that, based on current fund management needs, the H-share rewards trust plan for 2025 no longer requires the H-shares to be composed of existing stock H-shares that will be awarded. Therefore, the company has made a final decision to only use existing H-shares acquired through on-market transactions by the trustee as the source of all rewards to be awarded under the 2025 plan. In view of the above, the revision of the 2025 H-share rewards trust plan (resulting in the issuance of new shares by the company) is no longer necessary or applicable under Chapter 17 of the Listing Rules.
