Domestic LNG ship orders are scheduled after 2030.

Today, the world's largest 271,000 cubic meters super large LNG carrier officially started construction at the Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. of China Shipbuilding Group. With a total length of 344 meters, equipped with the latest domestically-made thin film containment system, the key performance indicators such as cargo volume, energy efficiency, environmental protection, and sailing safety have been comprehensively upgraded. Compared with the mainstream 174,000 cubic meters traditional LNG carriers on the market, the cargo capacity of the ship has increased by 57%, and its comprehensive performance is among the industry's best. Currently, China's market share in the global LNG carrier market has exceeded 30%, and Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. holds nearly 60 orders for LNG carriers to be built, ranking first in the world in terms of order quantity by cargo capacity. The production schedule has been extended to beyond 2030.
