(tentative name, referred to as "project company") with Wuhan Changying Tong Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. ("Changying Tong") and Hubei Changyi Gongying Entrepreneurship Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) in Jingzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jingzhou City, Hubei Province. The collaboration aims to build the "High-purity Precision Quartz Material Project for Optical Fiber Accessories", mainly producing products such as lining pipes and sleeves for optical fibers, with an estimated annual production capacity of 70 tons.
