According to the memorandum, the two parties aim to jointly explore the daily operations, investment management, and risk management activities that may be carried out in the future by Tongsheng Technology's independently developed Folus (AI intelligent trading ecosystem platform) and KellyAgent (Capital Market Intelligent Terminal).
