Changhong Huayi announced that the profit distribution plan for the year 2025 has been approved by the shareholders' meeting. Based on a total share capital of 675,603,019 shares registered on June 17, 2026 after deducting repurchased shares, a cash dividend of 3.30 yuan will be distributed to all shareholders for every 10 shares they hold, with a total cash dividend of 222.949 million yuan. On June 18, ex-dividend and ex-interest date, the cash dividend for A-share shareholders entrusted to China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Branch will be transferred to their accounts.
