Zhixin Finance APP News, Hunan Development (000722.SZ) announced that on June 8, 2026, the company signed the "Hunan Development Ningyuan County Centralized Photovoltaic Project Investment and Development Agreement" (referred to as the "Agreement"), which plans to invest in the construction of a photovoltaic power generation project of no less than 200MW in Ningyuan County's Lengshui Town, Dongxi Street and other areas, with a provisional investment of 600 million yuan. The signing of the agreement is beneficial for the company to focus on the core energy business positioning, accelerate the development and construction of new energy projects, and enhance the company's overall competitiveness. The agreement is an investment intention agreement and the investment decision has not been finalized.
