Ferria Announcement, the company intends to jointly establish Hubei Jutong Quartz New Materials Co., Ltd. with Wuhan Changying Tong Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. and Hubei Changyi Gongying Entrepreneurial Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, of which the company will contribute 51 million yuan, accounting for 51%; Changying Tong will contribute 20 million yuan, accounting for 20%; Changyi Gongying will contribute 29 million yuan, accounting for 29%. The joint venture company will build a "high-purity precision quartz material project for optical fiber supporting", with an estimated annual production capacity of 70 tons.
