Yimikang announced that the company issued 17.9377 million A-shares to specific investors, increasing the total number of shares from 440 million to 458 million. The controlling shareholder and actual controller Sun Yizheng, Zhang Wan, and their concerted action party Sun Jingjing, Sun Haohao, and Si Xie seventeen are not subscribers, and their shareholding remains unchanged. The total shareholding ratio has passively diluted from 27.52% to 26.44%, reaching a multiple of 1%. This equity change does not involve increasing or decreasing holdings, does not trigger a mandatory offer, and will not affect the company's governance structure and continued operation. The new shares will be listed on June 12th.
