Annnouncement by Wanto Technology on June 9th, in order to expand new energy logistics related new business, support the smooth implementation of new business, the company plans to make partial contribution to Beijing Qiji Logistics Co., Ltd., which leads to taking over the original investment obligation of 10 million yuan from Beijing Shuzhiyun Technology Co., Ltd. Beijing Shuzhiyun is an enterprise controlled by the actual controlling person of the company, and this investment constitutes a related party transaction.
