Recently, the Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission and other departments issued the "Action Plan for High-Quality Development of Electric Vehicle Charging Facilities in Guangdong Province", proposing to promote the scaled application of vehicle-grid interaction. Explore a fair and open, competitively orderly V2G market pricing mechanism and accelerate the scaled application of vehicle-grid interaction. Encourage the construction of "light storage and charging" integrated charging facilities, and reasonably allocate the installed capacity of photovoltaics and energy storage according to the rated power of the charging facilities. Support charging operators to participate in power market transactions and demand response through new load management systems or market-based virtual power plants, increasing the level of clean energy integration for electric vehicles. Organize grid companies and virtual power plants to conduct provincial and city-level scenario testing of vehicle-grid interaction, and expand diverse application scenarios such as bus stations, passenger car swap stations, heavy truck swap stations, and public parking lots to encourage widespread participation by the public. By the end of 2027, more than 2500 V2G facilities will be built, with a reverse discharge capacity exceeding 3 million kilowatt-hours.
