According to the Zhitong Financial APP, Honghe Technology (603256.SH) released an announcement that the controlling shareholder of the company, Far Yi International Limited, and its concerted action SHARP TONE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (referred to as "SHARP TONE") and UNICORN ACE LIMITED (referred to as "UNICORN ACE") plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares.
