In the announcement of Putailai, the controlling shareholder and actual controller Liang Feng directly holds 532 million shares of the company, accounting for 24.79% of the total share capital of 2.144 billion shares as of May 31, 2026. Liang Feng released 81.65 million pledged shares on June 8, 2026, accounting for 15.36% of his shareholding and 3.81% of the total share capital of the company. After the release, the remaining pledged shares held by him are 180 million shares, accounting for 33.89% of his shareholding and 8.40% of the total share capital of the company. The company stated that any future pledges will be disclosed promptly.
