China Power (02380.HK) subsidiary entered into a preliminary development and technical consultation contract for offshore wind power generation projects with Shandong Institute.

The Zhitong Financial APP News reported that China Power (02380.HK) issued a announcement on June 9, 2026, stating that Shandong New Energy (an indirectly non-wholly owned subsidiary) signed a preliminary development and technical consulting contract with Shandong Institute. Under this contract, Shandong Institute will provide comprehensive technical consulting services for the preliminary development of an offshore wind power project at a price of 166 million yuan.
