Announcement of Xianhe Stock regarding Wang Minglong, one of the actual controllers of the company, who received an "Administrative Penalty Decision" issued by the Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission for suspected short-term trading. After investigation, it was found that Wang Minglong, using the securities account of Tang Mou, accumulated a total of 1.5286 million shares of Xianhe Stock between November 27, 2020, and November 14, 2025, with a total transaction amount of 37.6732 million yuan; and sold a total of 1.4501 million shares of Xianhe Stock with a total transaction amount of 35.0742 million yuan, engaging in short-term trading activities. In accordance with the Securities Law, Wang Minglong was given a warning and fined 600,000 yuan.
