Jiemai Technology: Partial shares of the controlling shareholder have been released from pledge.

JieMei Technology announced that its controlling shareholder Zhejiang Yuanlong has released part of its pledged shares in the company on June 8th. The number of pledged shares released are 8.6 million and 2.45 million, accounting for 4.27% and 1.22% of its total shares respectively, and 1.99% and 0.57% of the company's total share capital. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Zhejiang Yuanlong and its concerted parties hold a total of 242 million shares, accounting for 56.09% of the total share capital, with a cumulative pledged shares of 82.75 million, accounting for 34.21% of its total shares and 19.19% of the company's total share capital.
