Junzhong Technology announced that in order to integrate industry upstream and downstream resources and improve operational efficiency, the company has delisted and acquired 24% of the equity of Insight Industrial Information Technology Co., Ltd. through the Beijing Property Rights Exchange. Director Zhang Junfeng acquired 20% of the equity, and the spouse of the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Liu Jiali, acquired 36% of the equity, constituting a related party transaction. This matter has been approved by the board of directors and shareholders' meeting. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the equity transfer has completed the state-owned property rights registration procedures and relevant business changes.
