Hua Sheng Lithium Battery announced that as of the disclosure date of the announcement, shareholder Jin Nong Lian Industry holds 23,539,518 shares of the company, accounting for 14.76% of the total share capital. Together with the concerted action person Dongjin Industrial, their combined shareholding accounts for 16.00%. Due to its own funding needs, Jin Nong Lian Industry plans to reduce its holdings by up to 1,595,000 shares through centralized bidding from July 2, 2026 to October 1, not exceeding 1% of the total share capital.
