Eastern Airlines Logistics: Appoints Wu Zhiwei as the Chief Accountant and Financial Director of the company.

Eastern Airlines Logistics announced that the 5th meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors of the company on June 8, 2026, approved relevant proposals and agreed to appoint Wu Zhiwei as the Chief Accountant and Chief Financial Officer of the company. The term of office is consistent with the term of office of the 3rd Board of Directors, and Wang Jianmin will no longer assume related responsibilities. Wu Zhiwei has served in various financial positions at China Eastern Airlines Co., Ltd., as well as a member of the Eastern Airlines Technology Party Committee, Deputy General Manager, and Chief Financial Officer, and does not hold any shares of the company.
