Guangzhou State-owned Assets has activated more than 3800 projects, with assets exceeding 65 billion yuan.

Relevant officials of the Guangzhou State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission stated that since 2025, they have been deepening the work of "revitalizing the three types of assets", with more than 3800 projects successfully revitalized and assets exceeding 65 billion yuan. The "Sui Zi Yun" national digital platform for state-owned assets, led by Guangzhou Equity Trading Group, was officially launched today. It is Guangzhou's first comprehensive management service platform for state-owned "three types of assets" throughout the entire life cycle of real estate.
