According to the announcement of the Department of Natural Resources of Jiangxi Province, Yichun Era New Energy Mining Co., Ltd. applied for the cancellation of the "Opinions on Pre-Audit and Site Selection of Construction Projects" document. Based on relevant regulations such as the "Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China", this department has made a decision to cancel the "Opinions on Pre-Audit and Site Selection of Construction Projects" document. As of today, the "Opinions on Pre-Audit and Site Selection of Construction Projects" shall be legally canceled.
