On June 8th, the National Bureau of Statistics released the "Digital China Development Report". By the end of 2025, the number of standard machine racks in use nationwide exceeded 13.73 million, with 42 WanKa intelligent computing clusters built and intelligent computing power reaching 1.59 million PFLOPS, ranking second in the world. The report data shows that by the end of 2025, the scale of internet users in China reached 1.125 billion, with an internet penetration rate of 80.1%; the number of users using artificial intelligence to answer questions, generate images and videos, and act as life assistants reached 457 million, 288 million, and 184 million respectively. Generative artificial intelligence is gradually integrating into the daily lives of various groups in China, with young and middle-aged individuals and highly educated users being the core group. Among all generative artificial intelligence users, those under the age of 40 accounted for 74.6%.
