The registered capital is 50 million RMB, and the business scope includes research and development of emerging energy technologies, integration of intelligent control systems, research and development of automotive parts, and sales of new energy vehicle accessories. It is jointly held by Xugong Group Industrial Investment Development Co., Ltd. and Lika New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
