According to the Qichacha App, recently, Guangdong Keheng Rare Earth New Materials Co., Ltd. was established, with business scope including: sales of rare earth functional materials; research and development of new materials technology; sales of semiconductor device special equipment; manufacturing of semiconductor device special equipment, etc. According to Qichacha's equity penetration display, the company is wholly owned by Keheng Equity.
