Huahai Qingke has won the first domestic order for a fully automatic wafer-level CMP production equipment.

According to Huahai Qingke, recently, the domestically-developed first 510*515mm size fully-automatic plate-level CMP mass production equipment, Master-P510APEX, successfully obtained important customer orders in the advanced packaging field, and will enter the customer's production line for mass production applications as planned. The company stated that this equipment will become the first domestically-produced fully-automatic plate-level CMP equipment to enter the production line, filling a key gap in the independent and controllable advanced packaging and even semiconductor industry in China. This breakthrough is also an important milestone in the extension of Huahai Qingke's CMP equipment technology from wafer level to plate level.
