Samsung plans to comprehensively deploy artificial intelligence to reshape work processes and corporate culture.

Samsung Electronics company announced on Tuesday that it will fundamentally transform work processes and corporate culture by fully integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into its operations, in order to take a leading position in the AI era and seize new growth opportunities. According to the plan, the CEOs of Samsung's subsidiaries will directly lead management innovation by applying AI to eight core business functions. As a first step, Samsung will officially launch external generative AI services such as Gemini and ChatGPT in all of its subsidiaries this month. The company stated that AI will not only be used as a tool to improve operational efficiency, but also as a key driver for fundamental management innovation. To support this plan, Samsung will develop detailed operational guidelines tailored to different functions and organizational needs, while deploying advanced security systems to manage potential risks.
