China Satcom partners with CNNC Nuclear Science and Technology to jointly build the Future Communication and Embodied Intelligence Technology Joint Laboratory.

On June 8, 2026, China Satcom Group Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement with China General Nuclear Digital Technology Co., Ltd. and held the unveiling ceremony for the "Future Communication and Embodied Intelligence Technology Joint Laboratory". Ma Haiquan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of China Satcom, expressed the hope that both parties will focus further on the nuclear energy and other clean energy fields, fully utilize the joint laboratory, and base themselves on a new starting point, create a new paradigm, establish new standards, produce new results, promote new development through deep cooperation in industrial incubation and technological innovation. Sun Yongbin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China General Nuclear Digital Technology Co., Ltd., stated that the establishment of the joint laboratory with China Satcom is a significant layout for deepening the digital transformation of nuclear power, promoting the application of space-ground communication technology, and expanding the intelligent application of new energy, while working together to create a benchmark project in "energy + aerospace".
