The General Office of the People's Government of Hubei Province issued the "Special Action Plan to Stimulate Industrial Innovation Vitality in Wuhan City". By 2028, the on-site transformation rate of scientific and technological achievements in universities in Wuhan will be significantly increased, with scientific and technological achievements exceeding 10,000; 1 million new university graduates who stay in Wuhan for employment and entrepreneurship will be added, more than 10 unicorn companies will be nurtured, and a number of world-class innovative industrial clusters will be formed; the efficiency of government services for industrial innovation will be significantly improved, and a number of reform experiences and typical cases that are replicable and scalable will be formed.
