On June 9th, the official website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission showed that Xi'an Ziguang Guoxin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. and its sponsoring securities firm CITIC Securities submitted the "Completion Report of Guidance Work" to the Shaanxi Securities Regulatory Bureau. The company submitted the guidance filing on January 6, 2026, and the guidance work lasted for 5 months.
