State Power Investment Corporation has held discussions with more than ten provinces and cities since the beginning of this year. Heilongjiang has proposed intentions for collaborative cooperation in terms of electricity synergy.

On June 7th, Xu Shubiao, the general manager of State Power Investment Corporation, paid a visit to Liang Huiling, the deputy secretary of the Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and the governor, in Harbin to discuss deepening cooperation in the energy sector and jointly promoting the revitalization and development of Heilongjiang. Since the beginning of this year, State Power Investment Corporation has successively held working meetings with Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Henan, Hainan, Gansu, Jilin, the city of Fangchenggang in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Xilinguole League in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Zhanjiang City in Guangdong Province, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, among other provinces and cities, to discuss and plan key cooperation projects for the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. Heilongjiang is willing to deepen cooperation with State Power Investment Corporation, achieve mutual development in serving national strategies, and collaborate on the construction of heavy-duty gas turbine projects, participate in the pilot program for coordinated electricity calculation in Heilongjiang, and contribute to the construction of zero-carbon parks, actively developing projects for the utilization of biomass straw and livestock waste resources.
