Hainan: Strive to achieve a proportion of around 20% for the added value of high-tech industries in the province's GDP by 2030.

The General Office of the People's Government of Hainan Province issued the "13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of High-tech Industries in Hainan Province", which mentions that by 2030, the proportion of added value of high-tech industries to GDP in the province will strive to reach around 20%, with a revenue scale exceeding 1 trillion yuan. Among them, the added value of core industries of the digital economy accounts for about 9% of GDP, and value-added industries in commercial aerospace, deep-sea technology, and other fields achieve a significant increase in output value.
