According to the Zhidong Finance and Economics APP, on June 9th, in order to strengthen the management of funds for the development of the service industry and fully leverage the role of central fiscal funds in guiding and promoting the accelerated development of the service industry, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Commerce have revised the "Measures for the Management of Funds for the Development of the Service Industry" and are hereby issued. The scope of support for the development funds of the service industry includes: (1) to accelerate the cultivation of new consumption growth points. This mainly includes promoting the improvement in the quality and benefits of service consumption, stimulating the vitality of consumption in the lower-tier markets, and promoting the widespread application of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence in the consumption field. (2) to enhance the competitiveness of the commercial trade and circulation industry. This involves filling the gaps in circulation facilities, enhancing the supply capacity of circulation, vigorously developing modern supply chains, and improving the level of industrial integration and coordination. (3) implementing important matters deployed by the Central Committee of the CPC and the State Council, as well as other work that promotes the development of the service industry.
