In terms of PCD micro drill bits, the company has the ability to supply a product series with diameters ranging from 0.2mm to 3mm. The company will continue to focus on the application direction of PCD micro drills in high-end manufacturing areas such as PCB boards. Currently in the product verification stage, the PCD micro drills produced by the company can achieve a drilling count of tens of thousands on M8 and M9 boards. In the field of CVD diamond heat dissipation, the thermal conductivity of the CVD diamond heat sink produced by the company is above 2000W, suitable for high-end technology products such as GPU heat dissipation. Currently, the company's diamond heat sinks have passed overseas customer tests, with verification progressing as expected and entering the small-scale supply stage. At the same time, the company is accelerating the construction of the Shayan annual production of 25,000 pieces of CVD diamond heat sink base to better meet customers' demands for bulk, stable delivery, guaranteeing smooth order implementation.
